3. LATE ARRIVALS * We offer a **10-minute grace period**. * Arriving late may result in your service being shortened or adjusted to avoid delaying other clients. * Excessive lateness may require your appointment to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit. * Repeated no-shows may require full payment before future bookings.
