Salon Policy

Welcome to The Beauty Loft Pretoria. We are committed to providing every client with a relaxing, professional, and luxurious experience. To ensure the best service for everyone, please take note of our salon policies.


Appointment 

Appointments are confirmed only after the required booking deposit has been received.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.



Late arrival
  • A 20-minute grace period is allowed.
  • Arriving more than 30minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.


Cancellation & No shows

  • We kindly request at least 2hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling before your appointment time 

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the booking deposit.

Payment 


  • The remaining balance is due immediately after your service.
  • We accept cash, EFT, and card payments.


Guesst and Children 

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon unless prior arrangements have been made.


Hair preperation

  • Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your booked service includes a wash.
  • Excessively tangled hair may require additional detangling time and may incur an extra charge.

Wig Service 

  • Wigs must be clean and free of glue buildup before installation or styling unless a wig revamp service has been booked.

Satisfaction 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue where appropriate.


Health and Satety

  • All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every client.
  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to help protect everyone in the salon.

Respect

  • The Beauty Loft Pretoria is a safe, welcoming, and respectful space. Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service.
